Doctor Who – Fourth Doctor, Fifth Doctor, Leela and Tegan Outfits

The official Forbidden Planet website has released information about four new Doctor Who outfits, which are designed to look like the costumes of the Fourth Doctor, Leela, the Fifth Doctor and Tegan. These new outfits are available to pre-order at the price of £39.99 from Forbidden Planet, and are expected to arrive at their warehouse on 15th July 2011.

Unfortunately the Tegan outfit is no longer listed on the Forbidden Planet website, but the Fourth Doctor, Fifth Doctor and Leela outfits are still available via these highlighted links.

Doctor Who Fourth and Fifth Doctor T-Shirts

The official Forbidden Planet website has released information about two new Doctor Who T-shirts, which are designed to look like the costumes of the Fourth and Fifth Doctors. These new T-shirts are available to pre-order at the price of £15.99 from Forbidden Planet, and are expected to arrive at their warehouse on 6th February 2011.

Fourth Doctor: “With a snappy outfit that consisted of waistcoat, frock coat, wide-brimmed hat and, most famously, his amazing multicoloured scarf the Fourth Doctor’s style and panache are legendary!”

Fifth Doctor: “Hit the crease in style with the 5th Doctor's cream-coloured frock coat, cricket jumper and iconic question mark lapels!”

The Doctor Who Experience Preview Tickets

It has been announced that limited numbers of preview tickets for ‘The Doctor Who Experience’ will go on sale tomorrow, Monday 15th November. The exhibition will open on 20th February 2011 at London’s Olympia.

Special preview days are planned for the 17th, 18th and 19th of February 2011, allowing fans to experience the adventure before anyone else. Preview ticket holders will also receive special Doctor Who Experience limited edition merchandise created especially for these dates.

The event will see two variants of tickets, including a standard and enhanced version. The Sonic Screwdriver ticket will include a special limited edition of the Doctor Who Experience souvenir brochure with a unique souvenir ticket. The enhanced TARDIS ticket will include all of the above, with an exclusive preview edition laminate and lanyard set and a limited edition Doctor Who lithograph.

Paul McGann's New Doctor Who Costume

A photo of a brand new costume for Paul McGann’s Eighth Doctor has been revealed online, and shows him wearing a black leather jacket with a brown man bag and a new sonic screwdriver. The most notable change is his hair style, which has gone from being a mass of curls to relatively scruffy short hair.

The new appearance of the Eighth Doctor will supposedly be seen on the upcoming audio adventures featuring his incarnation, as Paul McGann did not want to keep wearing his wig for the cover photo shoots.
