FACT: The scorch mark on the TARDIS wall, caused by Russell firing one of the Cybermen’s weapons, is present several scenes before the actual event.

A Matter of Time: Christopher Guard

DESCRIPTION: Christopher Guard played the character of Bellboy in the Seventh Doctor story ‘The Greatest Show in the Galaxy’.

FACT: Bellboy repaired robots at the Psychic Circus, and programmed the Robots to kill himself when he realised that he was unable to run away.

A Matter of Time: The Power of the Daleks

DESCRIPTION: ‘The Power of the Daleks’ was the third story of Season 4 of Doctor Who, and was the first to star Patrick Troughton as the Second Doctor.

FACT: A photo of William Hartnell as the First Doctor was used to achieve the Second Doctor’s ‘mirror trick’.

A Matter of Time: Remembrance of the Daleks

DESCRIPTION: ‘Remembrance of the Daleks’ was the first story of Season 25 of Doctor Who, and starred Sylvester McCoy as the Seventh Doctor.

FACT: John Leeson, who is best known as the voice of K9, made a one-off return to the show as the voice of a Dalek computer in this story.

A Matter of Time: The Reign of Terror (4)

DESCRIPTION: ‘The Reign of Terror’ was the last story of Season 1 of Doctor Who, and starred William Hartnell as the First Doctor.

FACT: This story was a replacement for a 6-part story by David Whitaker, which would have been set at the time of the Spanish Armada.
