Matt Smith, Karen Gillan and Arthur Darvill, who are currently playing the characters of the Eleventh Doctor, Amy Pond and Rory Williams, will be switching on Cardiff's Christmas Lights tonight. Photographs of the event will be posted tomorrow on the official Doctor Who website.The big switch takes place on King Edward VII Avenue in Cardiff at 7.40pm, after the crowds have been entertained from 6.30pm by ‘Bob the Builder’ and music from the soul band Supernatural.
