The BBC have revealed that an exclusive clip of the 2010 Doctor Who Christmas Special, currently known as ‘A Christmas Carol’, will be shown at this year’s Children in Need.Children in Need similarly showed a clip for ‘The Next Doctor’ in the 2008 show, and a clip from ‘The End of Time – Part 1’ in 2009.
