The official Doctor Who website has released the second part of ‘The Night After Hallowe'en’, an exclusive short story written by Mark B. Oliver. The story is being released in sections over the course of the week, with the exciting finale on 5th November 2010.“What happens to all the monster masks, scary spiders, broomsticks and plastic skeletons that don't get sold before October 31st?
