The BBC have confirmed that a second series of ‘The Adventure Games’ has been commissioned for 2011, due to the success of the first run of stories. The first three interactive games pulled in 1.6 million downloads from the official BBC Doctor Who website.However, the three games released so far have had mixed reviews from fans of the show, in particular the latest story ‘TARDIS’, which had a weak plotline and very little for the player to do.
The final interactive game from the first series is currently unnamed, but is believed to feature a giant shark monster, if the ending from the third game links directly into the fourth.
